Return Policy
Return Period: After receiving the product, users must submit a return request within 30 days of receipt (based on the logistics receipt). Late returns will not be accepted.
Return Requirements:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including accessories, labels, and instructions).
Specialty items such as food and personal care products must be unopened and within their shelf life to be accepted.
Returns due to quality issues (such as damage, deterioration, or malfunction) are not subject to minor packaging wear and tear restrictions, but require photographic proof.
Return Process:
Submit a return request to customer service at service@marblick.com, specifying the order number, product name, reason for return, and contact information.
After customer service approves the request, we will send you the return address and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
Users must return the product as requested. Shipping costs are the user's responsibility for non-quality issues; marblick will cover quality issues (reimbursed with shipping receipt).
We will ship the returned product within 3-5 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be processed within 1 business day and the amount will be returned to your payment account.
Items not eligible for returns:
Items that have been used, damaged, or have severely damaged packaging (excluding quality issues);
Customized items, clearance items (clearly marked "Not Returnable" on the product page);
Items that are damaged or spoiled due to personal reasons
